聚酰亚胺漆包线是由均苯四甲酸二酐和4.4’一二氨基二苯醚在强极性溶剂中进行缩聚反应制成聚酰亚胺漆液涂制的漆包线，其特点是耐高温、耐严寒、耐辐射、耐软化性能高，在400℃温度下2分钟内不击穿，耐冷冻剂性较好，使用于高温、高寒、耐辐射、超负载环境下使用的电机、电器绕组。这种漆包线长期使用温度为220℃。其性能完全符合GB/T6109.6- 2008,IEC 60317-7:1997，IDT。
